MODELLING COMMUTER TRAINS USING CORRESPONDENCE MATRIX

نویسندگان

چکیده

The article considers the problem of planning transport solutions for development and improvement railway in suburban direction because impossibility to separate describe flows requests, as well determine system states. It has been stated that under such conditions approach using correspondence matrices modeling looks promising. applicability methods passenger transportation by is being considered. method calculating service time traffic electric train described case between stations Irkutsk-Passenger-Shelekhov. Train downtime at each station depends on number people waiting, travel constant. There given a description software product, whose algorithm includes this method. With further its introduction into internal automated Russian Railways it will be possible calculate workload line, track plan an with suitable cars. This help increase efficiency commuter trains.

Ocular injuries in survivors of improvised explosive devices (IED) in commuter trains

BACKGROUND Ocular injuries are common in survivors of terror incidents that involve the use of explosive materials. These explosives are commonly of a High Explosive type (HE) and may be fashioned into improvised explosive devices (IED) that incorporate additional materials to maximise trauma and injuries. Serial IED explosions have occurred in commuter trains in several cities including London...

Supergravity, Ads/cft Correspondence, and Matrix Models

The recent developments towards the possible non-perturbative formulation of string/M theory using supersymmetric Yang-Mills matrix models (SYMs) are discussed. In the first part, we give a critical review on the status of our present understanding, focusing on the connection of the D0-brane matrix models to supergravity and its relevance to the so-called Matrix-theory conjecture. We also discu...

Study on Braking Panels in High Speed Trains Using CFD

With speed increasing in high-speed trains, due to limitations of other types of brakes, aerodynamic brake has become an important braking method. In this task to make better use of brake’s panel different configurations are examined and the best panel shape which provides the reasonable drag coefficient is introduced. The results of simulations are carried out with the computational fluid dyna...

Modelling spike trains and extracting response latency with Bayesian binning.

The peristimulus time histogram (PSTH) and the spike density function (SDF) are commonly used in the analysis of neurophysiological data. The PSTH is usually obtained by binning spike trains, the SDF being a (Gaussian) kernel smoothed version of the PSTH. While selection of the bin width or kernel size is often relatively arbitrary there have been recent attempts to remedy this situation (Shima...

Using Matrix and Tensor Factorizations for the Single-Trial Analysis of Population Spike Trains

Advances in neuronal recording techniques are leading to ever larger numbers of simultaneously monitored neurons. This poses the important analytical challenge of how to capture compactly all sensory information that neural population codes carry in their spatial dimension (differences in stimulus tuning across neurons at different locations), in their temporal dimension (temporal neural respon...
